	Project launch Engineering BOMs are built into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application to prepare for the phase of mass production. The BOMs have matured from designing concept to prototyping and then to manufacturing stages.
	Process engineering We adopt a thorough development program that insures the delivery of manufacturing project objectives. Process, manufacturing and continuous improvement teams ensure the quick implementation of generated improvements. This allows for consistent and responsible process development.
	Process work instructions PWIs are created with visual illustration to provide greater minute details of the actual manufacturing process for each product. Visual PWIs will ensure the consistent best practice of manufacturing processes. It?s also used for the teaching & training of employees on the correct method developed.
